Job description
What you will do in your working day
The role is centered around working on their busy Service Desk, answering telephone calls, emails and working with internal and external portals. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be confident talking to a wide variety of Partners, Customers and Suppliers.
Main responsibilities:
- First line support, troubleshooting issues and resolving Partner and Customer requests
- Management of CRM ticket queues on the Zest4 Portal
- Liaising with Partners, Customers and Suppliers via tickets, email and telephone
- Accurate data entry
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
- Dispatching and invoicing stock
- Develop a good working knowledge of all products sold by Zest4
- Opportunity to work within other teams to expand your knowledge

The training you will be getting
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard, including
- Functional Skills Level 2 Maths (if required)
- Functional Skills Level 2 English (if required)
