Job description
Here at Donnelly Group we are recruiting for a motivated Trade Parts Representative / Stores Co-Ordinator (Jaguar Land Rover ) to join our award winning retailer of the year team, at our Dungannon showroom.
Reporting directly into the Parts Manager, the Trade Parts Representative / Stores Co-Ordinator will have the responsibility of executing our strategy to achieve consistent growth from our current customer base while also cultivating new business opportunities within the region and dealing with the public and workshop teams as and when required.
About The Role
In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For
• Effectively managing and expanding a range of existing trade accounts and customers
• Discovering and establishing connections with new customers
• Dedicating allocated time to in-person meetings
• Attaining desired sales growth whilst meeting predetermined KPIs
• Collaborating closely with team members to uphold exceptional customer service
• Providing comprehensive reports on customer activity to the Parts Manager
• Working with workshop team and parts team to ensure we are delivering an optimum service to the trade, public and workshop.
• Meeting sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
Required Skills & Experience
• Excellent working knowledge of the automotive trade parts industry
• Familiarity with single and multisite end user workshops
• Established success in field-based aftermarket parts sales
• Dual capability: nurturing current business and securing new accounts
• IT literate and ability to adapt to new systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional demeanour, skilled in building cross-level relationships
• Identifying existing, lapsed and new business opportunities within branch specific geographical areas, prioritising customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of parts systems and warehousing processes
