Job Role
Streamline Services are currently working alongside a well established Design & Build contractor that we have been working alongside for nearly 10 years now. They are looking for a M&E Project Manager to join their operations team on a scheme in Reading.
The business have 2 – 3 years worth of work at the minimum on this scheme

The business that we are currently working with a turnover of around GBP(phone number removed) and have been around for over 50 years. With some tier one clients on their books such as Overbury, ISG and CBRE
Duties & Responsibilities
- Reporting into a Project Director
- Electrically bias ideally
- Overseeing full M&E installation of the project
- Responsible for financial budgets
- Must have experience in fast track office fit – outs
- Good understanding of commercial aspects of construction
- Leading a site team & sub – contractors
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project coordination and communication. Produce and manage all required health and safety documentation, including Risk and Method Statements.
- Manage the commissioning activities and resolve any health and safety issues that arise.
- Attend site meetings, negotiate material and labour orders, and maintain awareness of the project's Profit & Loss position.
