In conjunction with Xavier Teach SouthEast, St John Bosco College offers the opportunity to gain Qualified Teacher Status alongside paid employment as a trainee over the course of one school year.
This salaried School Direct scheme is offered in collaboration with Xavier Teach SouthEast, who provide a full programme of training leading to QTS.
Trainees will spend one day a week at their London hub, with the remaining time spent in the classroom at SJBC.
Trainees receive regular observation and guidance from an experienced subject mentor.
