Job Purpose

If so, this could be the role for you!

It’s time to share your expertise and understanding of learner support – nurturing the growth of Coaching Professional Apprentices as they establish essential knowledge, skills and behaviours. From engaging development to one-on-one feedback, you’ll help maximise the potential of every new and aspiring coach across every stage of their journey.

What you’ll be doing

· Maximising apprentice potential with an engaging, structured development journey

· Undertaking monthly performance updates and learner progress reviews

· Working collaboratively with client services, line managers and apprenticeship support

· Providing essential feedback on relevant knowledge, skills and behaviours

· Communicating effectively with learners via the VLE and other appropriate tools

· Actively encouraging learner engagement with their programmes and related resources

· Providing academic and safeguarding support to learners

· Contributing towards learner gateway reviews

· Guiding learners through the end point assessment – meeting retention and completion rates

Candidate Criteria

• Professional coaching qualification or accreditation from relevant coaching body
• Appropriate and proven coaching experience
• Extensive experience working in a corporate environment
• Established apprenticeship understanding and knowledge
• Ability to foster strong relationships with both learners and key stakeholders
• Confident delivering appropriate feedback to students against apprenticeship standard
• Evidence of holding professional and developmental review meetings
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills

The successful candidate will be required to undergo an advanced DBS check.
