Job Role: IFA Administrator Part time
Salary: £15,000 - £18,000 depending on experience
Location: Cardiff
Relevant Skills and Knowledge * Confident and excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft systems
* Positive letter writing skills and administration
* Good organisation skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good knowledge of the companies record keeping requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Have the ability to listen and interpret information
Responsibilities * To understand and be an excellent communicator with colleagues and clients.
* Comply within Financial Services regulations and FCA rules
* Comply within the compliance legislations
* Unsure all client files and kept up to date at all times
* Develop relationships with existing clients and new clients.
Specific Responsibilities * Dealing with the general enquires from clients and third parties to ensure the service is always being carried out at the highest standard.
* To ensure that client paperwork is kept up to date.
* To prepare all of the client meeting packs including updating the LFC on the return of the clients information.
* Managing the Client portal, upload documentation and maintain compliance.
* To help assist the Financial advisers with any admin required in preparation for meetings.
To ensure all supporting documentation in maintained as per the companies procedure.
