Agility are excited to be working on a brand new opportunity for an Accounts Assistant based in Kirkham. This is a new role due to expansion of the company so you can make the role your own. In this role you will be supporting and reporting into the Finance Manager.
Your role:
- Act as one of the first ports of call for all internal and external stakeholder queries
- Raising sales invoices
- Matching invoices and entering invoices for payment
- Some aspects of credit control
- Processing expense requests
- Statement reconciliation and preparing bank reconciliations
- Ad hoc duties to support the function of the finance team
Person Specification:
- Studying towards AAT qualification (support will be provided).
- Good excel skills (including Pivot tables and formulas).
- Solid understanding of accounting transactions
- Great communication and organisational skills.
- Previous experience would be advantageous
In return you will receive:
