Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Location:

South East England, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes

Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

£80 - £90 Per day
- Supporting the educational and social development of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored lessons
- Providing one-on-one support to SEN students as needed
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborating with other staff members and parents to ensure the well-being of SEN students
- A relevant qualification in education or child development
- Experience working with children with SEN
- A passion for supporting and enhancing the educational experience of SEN students

Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in a relevant field

Prior experience working with children, particularly those with Special Educational Needs
- Understanding of SEN educational strategies and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Patience and empathy when working with SEN students
- Additional training in SEN support or child psychology
- Experience using assistive technology to support learning
- Work primarily within a school setting
- Regular interaction with children and educational staff
- Full-time hours, typically Monday to Friday
- Possibility of occasional evening or weekend work for school events

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
