Finance Business Partner
Location: Manchester / Stockport / Bolton / Gateshead

About the role
As Finance Business Partner, you will s upport the Head of Operational Finance & Finance Director in the preparation, production and reporting of the financial performance of the Company’s contracts on a monthly basis, ensuring compliance with financial procedures and legislative requirements. You will support the contract teams in their understanding of their contract’s financial performance, forecasts, and preparation of their annual budgets. In addition, you will provide assistance as appropriate in preparing the Company’s monthly management accounts and assist with year end accounting and audit.

About you
To be successful in your application, you will be a Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant (preference for CIMA) with post-qualification experience, ideally in a similar industry such as Facilities Management, Retail, Engineering, FMCG, or other service-based environments. You will be a confident and experienced team leader who promotes best practice for cash management, monthly reports, budgets, and year-end processes. You will be familiar with communicating across a complex business structure, able to build effective working relationships at all levels. Advanced skills in Excel would be an advantage to the successful applicant.
