Electrical Panel Wirer
Burton-On-Trent,
Role and key responsibilities for Electrical Panel Wirer: • Collaborating with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
• Executing panel wiring based on schematic diagrams, drawing upon experience, qualifications, or training.
• Arranging electrical components according to design wiring diagrams.
• Ensuring quality control of work, operating within standard operating procedures (SOPs), and conducting Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
• Maintaining daily production logs (time sheets).
• Following proper procedures for equipment shutdown and lockout when not in use.
Minimum Requirements for Electrical Panel Wirer: • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Panel Wireman.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
• Skills generally aligned with the job specification.
Shift Patterns and Pay Rates • Monday-Thursday: 07:00-16:00
• Friday: 07:00-15:30
• Pay: £15.13 per hour
Additional Responsibilities • Assisting in repair and maintenance work (if qualified).
• Acting as a backup for warehouse activities, yearend stock-take, etc.
• Providing on-the-job training to new employees.
