Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of audit clients across various industries.
- Lead and supervise audit engagements from planning to completion.
- Identify business process risks and provide recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Contribute to the firm's strategy and business development initiatives.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and external (regulatory) requirements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Audit Manager should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in audit and assurance within a UK based professional services environment.
- Strong technical skills including a good knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS and the Companies Act.
- Excellent client relationship skills and a track record in business development.
- A commitment to team development and staff mentoring.
- Must have the right to work in the UK
