Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for an IFA Administrator within a holistic Wealth Management firm.
The firm will pay for your exams whilst providing great career development opportunities within a forward-thinking company. They value their employees and promote a great work-life balance through a shorter work week, early finishes on Fridays, and Christmas office closure.
The role includes:
- Gathering information from providers and completing Replacement Business forms
- Preparing suitability reports
- Producing quotes and application paperwork via external platforms
- Compiling cases for processing by ensuring all paperwork is completed
- Ad hoc processing High-Risk business
- Acting as IFA point of contact dealing with queries

Skills and experience required: - Experience working within Financial Services, preferably within an IFA
- Experience using Intelligent Office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- IT Literacy
- Self-motivated team player
