Roles & Responsibilities - Be sales-driven and a key contributor to company growth by managing your lead pipeline, nurturing and developing leads, and modelling sales-driven behaviour for other team members;
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements/need and offer solutions based on client’s needs
- Book appointments for consultations
- Assess local market opportunities to implement a proactive and effective strategy to target and acquire new clients;
- Help develop sales tools, and educational tools for the referral partners and produce reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies for senior management;
- Conduct research on competitors service offers and present proposals to adjust CBL offering where required;
- Must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues
- Determine new ways to make services appealing by observing the environment and current trends
Gross Salary £ 26,800 p.a.
Qualification & experience required Successful applicant will have either a degree or equivalent qualification and/or relevant experience.
