Position Overview:
Our client are looking for a skilled and dedicated Housing Disrepair Litigator to join their expanding team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and litigating a caseload related to housing conditions and EPA cases. As a prominent player in the field our client are seeking individuals with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a volume background demonstrating a strong understanding of housing disrepair litigation.
Requirements
- 1. Caseload Management: Effectively manage a litigated caseload related to housing disrepair cases.
- 2. Legal Representation: Provide expert legal representation for clients in court proceedings and hearings.
- 3. Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their needs provide legal advice and update them on case progress.
- 4. Legal Research: Stay informed about relevant laws regulations and precedents related to housing disrepair litigation.

Qualifications:
- 1. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Housing Disrepair Litigator in a volume background.
