Our client is an international e-commerce leader within their niche, employingcirca 25 employees across 2 continents. The business sells bespoke sports goodswhich are globally recognised. To date, our client has experienced year on yeargrowth, turning over £14million in 2022 and is on track to surpass £20m in 2023! 

As IT manager, you’ll play an iconic role in overseeingour client's digital infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and optimalfunctionality across various IT systems. You will lead and drive impactful ITinitiatives that contribute towards the company's continual growth and success.

Your day to day will look like:

Managing technology integrations and communication betweenmy client's ecommerce platform and their warehouse management system, ensuringseamless data flow and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Manage IT systems and necessary security with the client'seCommerce partner, acting as the primary point of contact.

Oversee maintenance of XML Feeds, URL Maintenance, SecurityProtocols and Internal Security

The preferred applicant will be responsible for overseeingannual IT related contracts, vendor management, the purchasing and setup of allIT-related hardware and telephony equipment – such as laptops, mobile devices,cables, Screens etc. 

Requirements

Required Skills / Experienced :

• Proven experience in a similar role within aneCommerce or digital environment.

• Strong understanding of XML feeds, eCommerceplatforms, and stock management systems.

• Experience with Google and Rackspace email.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attentionto detail.

• Security protocols and IT infrastructuremanagement.

• Able to manage multiple projects and prioritisetasks effectively.

Bonus Skills – advantageous – not essential

Proficiency with Magento, Brightpearl, HTML and webtechnologies

PowerBI- willing tolearn, building dashboards and reporting

•A generousSalary between £30,000 - £40,000, depending on your experience
