The Role - PMLD Teaching Assistant
We are currently seeking a dedicated PMLD Teaching Assistant to join a SEN school in Feltham. The successful candidate will possess strong behavior management skills and be committed to making a positive impact on the lives of students with complex needs. You role will consist of collaborating with teachers and therapists to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and promote student progress, assisting with personal care tasks as needed, ensuring students' comfort and well-being at all times, preparing and adapting learning materials to meet the diverse needs of students with PMLD.
