Position: Lettings Administrator
Location: Cheylesmore Coventry
Salary: £24000 £25000 per year Bonuses

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm / 1 in 2 Saturday 9:30 am to 2:00 pm

Main duties of the role

• Handling calls and making outbound calls
• Responding to emails
• Contacting tenants for tenancy renewals
• Booking viewings into agent's diaries
• Issuing tenancy agreements to tenants
• Inputting data into the internal system
• Processing tenant applications and references
• Be professional and adhere to high company standards
• Have excellent communication skills
• Assist in any other requested tasks to ensure the department runs efficiently

• 2 years of admin experience is required
• Professional telephone manner
