The Senior Leadership Team and Governors of Fairholme Primary School are looking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate teacher to the post of Year Group Leader to start in September 2024. The successful candidate will have:

• experience of teaching across the primary age range
• a deep understanding of curriculum development, planning and assessment practices
• the ability to be a strong and effective leader who can inspire and motivate a team
• experience of building effective relationships with parents and families
• the ability to work independently and in a team
• excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills

This is a full time post with a TLR 2a. Visits to the school are strongly encouraged, come and meet us, come and meet our children, come and see what we are all about.

Interviews will be held on Tuesday 26th March 2024.
