Interim Compliance Manager
Are you an experienced Compliance manager? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring the safety and compliance of our properties? If so, we could do with your help on an interim basis!

We are a well–established organization committed to providing safe and quality housing solutions to our community. With a strong focus on compliance and safety, we are looking for a dedicated Compliance Manager to play a vital role in our mission.
Role Overview:
You will be professionally accountable for ensuring that our housing stock is safe and meets all legislative requirements. This will be focused in areas such as:
Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with all regulations and guidelines. Develop and maintain robust procedures.
Contract Performance Management: Oversee and manage contracts in a consistent and efficient manner. Ensure all contractual obligations are met and delivered to a high standard, meeting agreed specifications and performance targets.
Value for Money: Continuously assess and optimize management contracts to achieve value for money, making sure resources are utilized efficiently.
Tenant Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction by ensuring that practices are responsive, professional, and meet tenant expectations.
