Job Description
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet market demands and industry standards delivering target profitability
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs. Utilize insights to drive product strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure seamless product integration, effective launches, and optimal market positioning.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including pricing strategies, product enhancements, and discontinuations.
- Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of competitor products and market dynamics, providing recommendations for maintaining a competitive edge.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical background or familiarity with automotive products is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
