Business Analyst, Full Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Grade 4
Salary - Competitive plus upto 10% bonus

Business Technology Solutions (BTS) is the IT department within Toyota Financial Services UK (TFSUK), overseeing security, the successful running of IT applications, and delivery of valuable business change.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading business analysis on assigned projects, designing the analysis approach to take.
- Collaborating closely with Project Managers, other change leads and business and end users, to understand problems/opportunities and the emerging requirements from these to create valuable change.
- Conducting investigations and data analysis to generate qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Designing and leading facilitated workshops, meetings, and individual or group interviews.
- Performing ‘as-is’ business process analysis to identify improvements and presenting ‘to-be’ processes to gain agreement to potential change
- Producing functional and non-functional requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to devise solution options.
- Identifying common needs and priorities, challenging assumptions.
- Making recommendations based on cost-benefit analysis and feasibility.
- Prioritising requirements with stakeholders, using techniques such as MoSCoW and creating use cases, scenarios, models, and user stories, following Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Supporting testing and training activities and assisting service transition into Business as Usual (BAU) operations
Experience you'll gain:

Key Experience and Skills:
- Proven record as a Business Analyst.

- Strong customer facing skills with the ability to represent BTS in a confident and professional manner.
- Excellent communication, adept at producing high quality documentation with ease, including using standard modelling languages (BPMN/UML).
- Ability to build relationships and empathise with stakeholders.
- Confident workshop facilitator with the ability to draw information from diverse groups and gain consensus.
- Requirement engineering and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to perform investment appraisals, including payback and business case development.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and project management
