Job description
The successful candidate for the Property Lawyer position will hold the following responsibilities:
- Draft and review commercial contracts
- Providing legal support for a range of construction projects
- Preparation and negotiation of leases
- Provide legal advice and support to different internal departments
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Review and update company policies
- Participate in corporate governance activities
