Job Description
- Developing and nurturing strong relationships with key clients.
- Driving sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Presenting clients with innovative and tailored packaging solutions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Identifying opportunities for account growth and new business.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving client issues promptly.
- Keeping accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Account Manager should have:
- A creative mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- The ability to get to Lymington at least twice a week.
