NO CAR SALES EXPERIENCE NEEDED!
We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Sales Executive to join a leading prestige motor dealership in the motor industry organisation based in Eastbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and helping to identify their needs.
A good Sales Executive will be someone who can work in a professional manner giving confidence to the customer and presenting the company in the right way.

Trainee sales executive Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customer needs are met
• Arranging and supervise test drives with the customers
• You will be tasked with dealing with customers to secure the right car & finance package
• Ensure that all sales targets are met
• Discuss what vehicles you have available and run through all options available
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Trainee sales executive Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Knowledge of customer service and sales principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple customer enquiries
• Excellent customer service skills

Trainee sales executive requirements:
• Excellent customer service skills and willingness to learn and have an interest in the motor industry and technology
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and strong desire to progress
• Full UK driving license
