Job Title: Dangerous Dog Advisor - HC615111

 

Location: Hampshire and Isle of Wight

 

Salary:  SO1, £33,915 - £35,982 per annum

 

Hours: 37 hours per week

 

Contract: Permanent

 

Closing Date: Sunday 17th March 2024 at 23.59 hours

 

 

Are you able to work under pressure and deal with emotionally charged situations?

 

We are looking for someone to fill this challenging position where you will act as the first point of contact for any dog related incidents in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. The majority of the work will involve the identification, investigation, assessment, seizure and prosecution of illegal dog breeds. The successful candidate should have experience of handling dogs and a knowledge of dog related legislation.

Essential Qualifications

 

Educated to QCF Level 3 OR work experience deemed to have brought the postholder to a comparable level.

 

A current full drivers licence
