Drama Teacher for a prestigious
secondary school and sixth form in Greenwich . In this role, you'll inspire and support students who are interested in acting, storytelling, and theater. Join a lively community that values artistic expression and helping students reach their full potential.
Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging and dynamic drama lessons that captivate students' imaginations.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and empowered.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the school's extracurricular drama programme, including school productions and drama clubs.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
Requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- A passion for drama and a demonstrable ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan and deliver effective lessons.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
