As a care assistant, your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Helping with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

· Observing and reporting any changes in the individuals health or well-being.
· Offering emotional support, companionship, empathy, and reassurance.
· Assisting with light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
· Identifying and minimizing potential risks to ensure the safety of the individual.
· Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
· Upholding the individuals dignity and privacy at all times.
· Being prepared to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
