Commercial Property Paralegal - Coventry

Excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join one of Warwickshire's leading law firms.

Our client is an award-winning law firm based in Coventry. They are currently looking for a Paralegal to join their thriving Commercial Property team.

The role will involve providing a high standard of support to the Commercial Property Department, delivering service excellence to all clients, and providing additional support to the Partners and other lawyers in the firm. Duties will include:

• Drafting first drafts of legal documents such as leases, transfers, deeds and agreements
• Preparing the first draft of the report of title which may be freehold or leasehold
• Dealing with the progression of files
• Reviewing title and searches and raising enquires
• Preparing and submitting SDLT forms, etc.

To be considered for this role, you must be an experienced paralegal with a background in commercial property.
