On great transport links in Brentford this very busy nursery are looking for an experienced Nursery Deputy manager to join the team working alongside the manager on a 40 hr working week salary is c 32k plus depending on experience. Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 year experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest eYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
