Job Description
- Oversee financial accounts and management reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to guide business decisions.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to improve financial processes.
- Liaise with external auditors as required.
- Provide financial training and support to non-financial managers.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- An educational background in Accounting, Finance, or similar field.
- Professional certification such as Part Qualified ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
