We’re currently recruiting a Warehouse Manager to lead our operations in Sheffield, You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of a Warehouse environment with a team of 12 staff, you’ll be working closely with the General Manager on site to make sure that customer SLA’s and KPIs are achieved, whilst ensuring budgetary targets are met.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £45,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day: 

• Drive the safety culture and operational quality within the site
• Effectively lead the site’s inventory, Inbound and pick and Workshop operations as well as the associated workforce on site 
• Ensure all KPIs, targets and safety objectives are being met or exceeded across the operations
• Ensure a smooth flow of goods through the warehouse and whilst maintaining accurate inventory 
• Continuously monitor process, proactively acting to maintain and improve standards to a recognised industry standard 

What you need to succeed at XPO Sheffield

• Previous experience of leading a warehouse team with a strong focus on safety at its heart 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build a strong team and productive customer relationships 
• A background in inventory experience would be highly advantageous 
• Strong administration, organisation, and IT skills
• Knowledge of an open book contract
