£45,000 - £49,000 per annum

The Job role:

• Ensure the delivery of quality, person-centred care
• Manage budgets and the financial effectiveness of the setting.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Implement and manage standards of patient care.
• To be responsible and accountable for efficient and effective leadership to all care staff
• Ensuring RQIA compliance
• Ensuring all aspects of the nursing home environment facilitate exceptional care in line with registered bodies and infection control.
• Ensure the safe management of medication in accordance with company policies and current legislation. 

Requirements:

• NMC pin
• 1 years+ experience in a managerial position in a similar setting
