Deputy Manager - Learning Disabilities
Location - Peterborough - commutable from Huntingdon, Spalding, Wellingborough etc
Salary - £23,000 - £25,500
On behalf of a fantastic organisation that provides care and support to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders and complex needs I am looking to recruit a Deputy Home Manager for one of their care homes in Peterborough.
This Registered Care Home is dedicated to supporting 15 adults with learning disabilities and associated needs. In a supervisory role already, you will support the Home Manager to lead the staff team in maximising Service Users potential.
You will have experience of working with the client group, possess your S/NVQ3 in Care and have a willingness to work towards Level 5. Successful applicants will work shifts as part of a rota to include evenings, weekends, Bank Holidays and waking nights.
