About the Role…

• You will be responsible for devising, implementing, and overseeing the day-to-day management of social media channels ensuring growth and success
• You will be working collaboratively with the wider team to create photography and videography shoots
• You will produce a bi-weekly and monthly social media performance report
• You will be the heart of the social media team and deliver social media workshops

About YOU:

• You will be passionate and be well accustomed to all things social media
• You will have previous experience working in a social media management role
• You will be proactive and intuitive taking ownership of your work and success
• Happy to consider both inhouse and agency side experience
• MUST be very hands on and not afraid to have an idea, go out and make it happen!
• Comfortable making TikToks – and you’ll be the type of person who would get up, go outside and make a mini-PR stunt (think Thursday dating app person who went out into the streets with signs)
• Desirable - if you have worked at the start of any growth brand, or can prove you were in a growth phase of a scale-up (GymShark, Huel, Zoe, Hertility, Tinder, Thursday, Graze, Grenade, Rheal, Monzo)

Due to the location of the Hertfordshire offices, this position is easily commutable from Stevenage, Welwyn, Hitchin, Baldock, Royston, Hertford, St Albans, Knebworth, Letchworth, Sandy, Biggleswade, Luton, Dunstable, Bedford, Harpenden, St Neots, Hemel Hempstead, Cambridge and most other parts of Hertfordshire or Cambridgeshire – or further afield due to how little you would have to be in the office!
