Join us as a Marketing & Communications Director to be a key driver in realising OCUs vision. This role calls foran industry leader adept at managing our skilled inhouse team and forging strong relationships with internalstakeholders and external partners across media creation public relations advertising and digital marketingsectors.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the Way: Embed our vision of innovation and sustainability in all marketing and communicationstrategies.
Lead the Team: Inspire and develop our inhouse team nurturing an environment that reflects OCUscommitment to growth and excellence.
Create Partnerships: Turn suppliers into true partners to amplify our brands presence aligning with ourvision.
Think Differently: Lead and implement compelling internal and external campaigns that showcase ourcommitment to sustainability and innovation in the utilities and energy sector.
Solve Fast: Exhibit creative problemsolving and the ability to deliver impactful results promptly.
Get Things Done: Embrace and embody the OCU Familys entrepreneurial ethos demonstrating aknack for both doing and directing.
Be Present: Regular UK travel including visits to our Stockport Head Office to ensure alignment andengagement with key stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in a senior marketing and communications role within a complex highrevenueorganisation.
Demonstrated leadership skills in managing diverse teams and external partnerships.
A track record of successful marketing strategy development and execution.
Exceptional communication abilities and a flair for creative impactful messaging.
Agile and entrepreneurial in approach with a proven ability to do and direct.
Willingness to travel as part of the role.
