Job description
QNUK is looking a strong administrator to assist the Compliance Manager in the development, review, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
With an interest in risk management, business continuity and compliance with the GCOR, the applicant will be able to :
- Process and manage appeals, reasonable adjustment requests, and complaints in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of appeals, requests, and complaints, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and documentation required for appeals and requests.
- Respond to inquiries and provide guidance to stakeholders regarding appeal, request, and complaint processes.
- Participate in meetings related to policy development, compliance initiatives, and process improvement.
- Assist in conducting research to stay informed about regulatory changes and compliance best practices.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to compliance matters.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the Compliance Manager, summarising appeals, requests, and complaints data.
- Contribute to the enhancement of compliance processes and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Support the Compliance Manager in the preparation of compliance-related documentation for audits and reviews.
- Assist in the analysis of data to identify trends and insights related to appeals, requests, and complaints.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure effective support across compliance initiatives.
