Job description

We are seeking a dynamic, creative individual passionate about luxury fashion to join our expanding team as a Brand Marketing Assistant.  This role will involve diverse responsibilities, ranging from digital marketing and social media management to operational support, all while working closely with the Founder and Director, Alexia Karides.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage external communications, including customer service inquiries, and assist in handling YSSO's social media accounts.
• Coordinate with our PR agency and publications, assisting in press send-outs and fostering media relations.
• Develop compelling content and copy for YSSO's social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and messaging.
• Assist in product catalogue management, analysing sell-through rates, and collaborating on overall brand management strategies with the founder.
• Support the planning and execution of brand marketing initiatives and photoshoots, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Monitor project progress and deadlines, liaising with suppliers, production teams, and digital marketing specialists.
• Aid in project management efforts for pop-up events and brand activations, contributing to their successful execution.
• Utilize Shopify platform to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives effectively.
• Provide administrative support for wholesale operations and sales, and assist with product management, online merchandising, and general operations tasks.

Requirements:

• Marketing, PR or similar role experience
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, think critically, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for sustainable fashion and dedication to YSSO's mission and values.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Requires no visa to work in the UK.

Beneficial:

• Proficiency with Shopify and social media management tools is desirable.

Location and Schedule:

• This position is based at our offices in Notting Hill (W10) and may involve occasional travel for photoshoots, including international locations.
• The role is full-time and in-person, with the ability to work from home on occation.

Compensation

Compensation for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience, ranging between £22,000 - £24,000.
