Turning "can do" into "I do"

We are looking for someone to effectively convert weddings and social event enquiries across the Goodwood Estate from that initial enquiry, through planning and final execution.   Along with a natural affinity with our customers to exceed their expectation you will  effectively communicate all event requirements to the operations team.

Thinking outside of the box you will  deliver WOW moments across all of our events and keep the customer at the heart of all you do.  

Excellent communication skills are essential, as you execute show rounds to the highest standard.

What you’ll need:

• Proactive, structured and highly organised
• Passionate about the customer experience
• Energy and enthusiasm for what you do
• Positive and friendly with a “can do attitude”
• Good negotiation and influencing skills
• Knowledge of Hospitality industry
• 2 years Experience within a sales or event planning environment
• Knowledge of programmes such as ivvy and Protel is desirable.
• Experience of call handling and diary management
