Responsibilities include managing residential property transactions from inception to post-completion, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory compliance, including AML procedures. The role demands a proactive approach to client meetings, meticulous time recording, billing, and effective communication with various parties. Additional duties encompass a range of tasks to support the department and contribute to business development.
Candidates must bring a minimum of three years post-qualification experience and demonstrate proficiency in keyboard skills, administrative tasks, and a keen eye for detail. A solid grasp of Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word, is essential, alongside competent IT skills to navigate case management systems. An in-depth understanding of AML regulations, UK Finance, and the Conveyancing Quality Scheme is paramount. The ability to thrive under pressure and collaborate within a team setting is crucial, as is a professional and articulate telephone manner.
