Job description
Are you a seasoned communications professional with a knack for crafting compelling narratives? We are seeking an Internal Communications Manager to provide expert support in one or more areas related to Communication to PT&D LT. You will develop effective internal and external communication campaigns for PT&D, acting as an expert resource on communications across all PT&D geographies. Accountabilities:
As an Internal Communications Manager, you will develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and alignment with PT&D’s organizational goals. You will craft clear and compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging aligned with AZ brand and values. You will manage internal communication channels, including but not limited to Broadcasts & Townhalls, Workplace, Announcements and employee forums. You will also conduct regular assessments of current communication methods and recommend improvements for increased efficiency and impact.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience as an Internal Communication Specialist or in a similar role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in utilizing various communication channels and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels within the organization.
- First-rate coordination, collaboration, organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in change management communication is a plus.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience with technical scientific communications.
- Experience in a leadership support role.
- Project management skills.
