Job description

Elworth Pre-school Group is looking to recruit an experienced practitioner to take on the role of Manager, to lead the Pre-school forward as it celebrates its 50th Birthday! We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and organised individual to deliver quality care and education for children from 2 years old, whilst ensuring that all children have the opportunity to reach their potential in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. Currently the manager forms part of the ratio working with seven other members of staff during the week. This packaway setting in St. Peter’s Church Hall has served the children of Elworth and the surrounding area for many years, being a registered charity and managed by a voluntary committee. The position has arisen due to the retirement of the current Manager.
