If so, we are looking for the right candidate to join our passionate about care team at Aspire.

We are currently looking for a Team Leader to join our service in Beeston where we operate a 2 week rolling rota:

Week 1 will be 36 hours per week (3 shifts) Monday, Tuesday and Friday.

Week 2 will be 48 hours per week (4 shifts), Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Shift times are 7pm to 7:30am.

You will have the opportunity to pick up more shifts at any of our Company sites.

Previous experience within a healthcare setting required.
NVQ QCF Health & Social Care Level 3
Previous experience leading a team required.
A strong sense of responsibility.
Reliable & trustworthy.
Willingness to learn.
Effective communication skills.
Flexibility and strong “can do” attitude.
