About Our Client
This reputable business based in Leicester sits in the electrical engineering sector and has seen significant growth in business over the last 6 months. Due to current successes the business is now looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.
Job Description
As a Marketing Executive you will:
- Assist in building and developing marketing strategies and plans in order to grow and promote business
- Organise and oversee the advertising and communication campaigns including managing the social media platforms for the business
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competitor marketing
- Build marketing distributions (brochures, website material etc.)
- Liaise with management to update on marketing campaigns, website traffic and trends
The Successful Applicant
The successful Marketing Executive will have:
- Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
