Duration- 6 months
Hybrid working 2 days a week office based.
Rate: Competitive via Umbrella company
My client is a blue chip FMCG and retail brand that serve millions of customers every week from all over the globe. With over 6,000 stores internationally my client is a well-known household name that offer several exciting opportunities.
Team background
Our clients Enabling Functions team recognises the importance of data-driven decision making within HR and seeks to utilise its data team to build key HR metrics for improved insights and strategic planning. This engagement is looking for a to advise and guide the data team in identifying and developing valuable HR metrics.
The consultant will provide the following services:
* Define core HR Metrics: bringing external expertise and prior HR insights experience to help shape a target set of HR KPIs and metrics our Product delivery team should be delivering through our HR data platform.
* Standardise KPI definitions: leading the exercise in setting/standardising the definitions of the KPIs; enabling our Product delivery team to translate the business rules into data logics - liaising with internal HR data SMEs to unify definitions.
* Requirements for priority HR MI and Dashboards: acting as the pseudo-customer (on behalf of our senior stakeholders) and working with our data and UI teams to lead the requirements for priority HR MI and leadership dashboards - using previous experience to guide what good should look like
* Benefits and prioritisation: working with our Lead Product Manager in defining the benefits and recommended prioritisation of the list of top HR metrics based on business needs, value and current and future data availability in strategic applications and API.
* Education: explaining the value and benefits gained from each metric, highlighting its impact on improving HR processes, talent management, and overall business performance
