Job description

Cook tandoori dishes using a tandoor, a brick or clay oven used in Indian style cooking methods and techniques

To cook and prepare all types of dishes including kebabs, starters, hot plate breads

Ensure food quality and the presentation is maintained.

To keep up to date with recipe, cooking techniques and Indian tandoori dishes
Prepare Indian tandoor dishes using authentic ingredients and spice to produce flavours
Supervise junior staff members, as and when required and work as a Team.
Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks in the kitchen area
Must also fully comply with all health and safety regulations and food handling

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of prior work experience as a Tandoori Chef to be eligible to apply for this post and attend an in-house food safety training if successful.
