Job description

Job Title: Housing Support Worker

Location: NG316EJ (Grantham)
Nearest Train Station: Grantham (5-minute walk)
DBS Level: Enhanced (both adult and child)
Service Users: 16-17-year-olds and Care Leavers up to 21, including young parents and children.
Working Hours: As per request, 8 am - 6 pm shifts, 3-week rolling rota
Car Driver Needed: No
Own Vehicle Needed: No
Valid Business Insurance: Required if using a personal vehicle.

Main Duties:

• Support young people in developing independent life skills.

• Assist in applying for benefits and grants.

• Facilitate engagement in education and vocational training.

Lone Working: Yes
Working From Home: No
Number of Properties: 10 bed spaces

Additional Information:
Mileage can be claimed from the nearest Nacro office to the first property for drivers.
The role involves supporting 16-17-year-olds and Care Leavers up to 21, including young parents and children.
Applicants should possess an Enhanced DBS check covering both adult and child services.
Valid business insurance is required if applicants have a personal vehicle and use it for work purposes.
