Remuneration: Circa £120,000+

Description: Part-time or Full-time Dentist required for 3-5 days a week (FLEXIBLE WITH DAYS) in a well-established, newly refurbished & INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice in Grays, Essex. 
•    £13-£15 per UDA
•    EXCELLENT PRIVATE EARNING POTENTIAL
•    50% split on private income and lab bills
•    Established patient list to inherit
•    Practicing principal, Therapist & Hygienist on-site
•    Fully computerised surgeries - 3 surgery practice
•    Digital x-rays

•    Rotary Endo
•    New Dental Chairs
•    Intraoral Scanner (coming soon)
•    Decon room
•    Qualified nurse support
•    FREE parking to rear of practice
•    10min walk to Grays Station
•    Available immediately, start date negotiable

- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
