Job description
St Martins School are excited to add an Administrative Officer to their growing team. This new role works to support the Data Administration functions across the school; including student and staff information and student assessment data. You will support the Business Manager with day to day admin tasks, including the payroll and personnel function. Working closely with colleagues in school, you will demonstrate that you can plan your work effectively to meet key deadlines throughout the year. The role will also include working within the school’s Administration Team ensuring that Data held on the school’s Management Information System (RM Integris) is correct, and working to support the school Data Protection Officer and Exams Officer with their roles. The successful candidate would have the opportunity to access training to further increase their skills and future career prospects.Applicants must:Have an eye for detail
Be meticulous and have an organised approach to their work
Maintain confidentiality
Understand systems and processes
Understand the importance of data and its’ accuracy
Be confident with IT and cognisant with Microsoft Excel (further training can be provided)
Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team

Salary: Grade 4 SCP 13-16, Full Time Equivalent Salary - £23,115-£23,893 FTE
Actual Salary: Actual Salary - £9,801-£10,131
Working hours: 18 hours per week, (working pattern to be discussed). 38 term time weeks + 5 INSET Days (39 weeks total).
