The Governors of this highly successful and oversubscribed 11-18 school and sixth form are seeking to appoint an outstanding Deputy Headteacher to join an experienced and enthusiastic Leadership Team committed to a programme of continuous improvement.

Orleans Park is an Outstanding School (Ofsted November 2023).

The successful applicant will be an outstanding teacher and have experience of being a member of a Senior Leadership Team with:

• a proven record of raising attainment and making a difference
• excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• the ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the school
• an aspiring Headteacher
