About the role

Are you looking to start a career in safeguarding? Our current safeguarding administrator has been promoted internally which has created an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities: Work as an integral part of the Safeguarding Team. Maintain strict confidentiality while delivering excellent customer service.Schedule meetings, distribute agendas, and prepare reports for the team.Take minutes during meetings and ensure key staff are informed of pending deadlines.Carry out essential administration to uphold the safeguarding database, ensuring compliance with college standards. Set up new staff on the system, plan and deliver training sessions, and cleanse the system at the end of each academic year.Utilise excellent IT and Office 365 skills to produce reports, statistical information, and presentations for key safeguarding meetings. Adopt a multi-agency approach, collaborating across various disciplines.About youProven experience in administration. Strong IT and Office 365 skills. Ability to produce reports, statistical information, and PowerPoint presentations. Clear, concise note-taking and minute writing skills. Experience in record-keeping, data inputting, and providing timely reports. Understanding and knowledge of safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion. Confidence, approachability, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work calmly under pressure and maintain a high level of organisation.Benefits:
